Sophia Werneke

Sophia joined HVG at the HR Coordinator in the Spring of 2026. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Sophia moved to Colorado after graduating with her master's in management from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.  She is passionate about fostering inclusive and positive environments in the workplace. 

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys reading, kayaking, and spending time with her friends exploring Colorado.
