Ryan Bonniwell

Ryan joined Highlands Vista Group as an Analyst in June of 2025. He is responsible for analytics, market research, underwriting, due diligence, material preparation, and asset management. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Real Estate from Colorado State University. Prior to this role, he held internship positions with HVG, LC Real Estate Group, and Living in the Gap.  

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys staying active, boating, mountain biking, skiing, and hiking with family and friends.
