Patrick Bailey

Patrick Bailey brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment, operations, and asset management across multiple U.S. markets. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for the acquisition and management of more than 4,000 apartment units, along with a range of mixed-use and commercial properties.

In his role leading Triton Properties, he has overseen acquisitions, financing, renovations, and dispositions, building a track record of disciplined execution and value creation. He remains an active investor with a diversified portfolio spanning multifamily, commercial, land holdings, and private equity investments across Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Southern California, and Michigan.

At Highlands Vista Group, Patrick serves in an advisory capacity, providing strategic insight based on his extensive experience.

Mr. Bailey earned an Honors Business Degree from Seneca College. He has lived in Colorado for more than three decades and resides in Denver with his wife, Jamie. They have two grown children who also live in Denver.
