Jesse Alvarez

Jesse joined the HVG Team as a Property Accountant in July of 2025. He oversees the accounting cycle for his properties, while keeping financials accurate and up to date.  Jesse has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance, and went on to pursue an accounting path in his career. Growing up with entrepreneurs brought about his interest in business and investing.

Outside of the office, Jesse enjoys bike rides, fitness, news, science, video games, and food related activities.
